Cut the needed amount of potatoes (peeled or unpeeled as desired) into strips. Then fry them in olive oil in a pan. (Non-stick or cast iron is preferable, otherwise let the pan heat up before adding anything to it). Allow the oil to be hot before adding the potatoes. Fry until golden brown and place on plate with paper towel to soak up the oil and lightly sprinkle with salt. Enjoy!
